UPDATE: KEES/Facility Details Integration

Release 3 was deployed to the KEES production environment on August 20, 2018. This release features:
   •   Entry of primary and sub facility data directly into KEES as part of the       application process; the link to DEP GreenPort is no long available.
   •   Implementation of the remaining Chapter 105 General Permit applications.
   •   Advanced Search and PDF functionality.
More detailed release notes have been distributed under separate cover.

UPDATE: KEES/ESEC Integration

Release 2.1 was deployed to the KEES production environment on February 26, 2018. This release provides several functional enhancements and integrates KEES and ESEC – the PennDOT Enterprise Security Solution. ESEC replaces the paper-based KEES registration and account maintenance process. Commonwealth and Business Partner employees can now register for KEES access directly from the KEES homepage.
ESEC and KEES are separate systems, but depending on a user’s account information, users might interact with ESEC, which is presented through the PennDOT Identity Services Portal, immediately after signing into KEES. Users experiencing issues with either system should contact the PennDOT IT Service Desk through RFS or by calling 717.783.8330 or 855.783.8330 (toll-free). The availability of ESEC user orientation material will be communicated when it is available through the Help link in KEES.
